HowTo: Create a horizontal menu using CSS and one image.

Lets say you want to create a horizontal menu that uses images. And you want to have a hover/roll-over effect as well. You can do this using only one image and CSS. Here is how to do it.

You need the following:

• One picture containing both normal state of menu link, and the hover state of the menu link.
• Your stylesheet in WordPress, that would probably be style.css (located in your theme folder)
• header.php, presuming that is where you want your menu to be (located in your theme folder)

Going to North Dakota

Very soon I will be going to North Dakota as a part of my university program. This means that a lot of posts will appear in danish. This is so that my family and friends will be able to see how Im doing in the U.S.

I have been accepted at North Dakota State University and will be studying there as part of my university program next term.

Aetas.dk Design Update

Im currently working on a new design, which is why the site hasn’t been updated for a while. The new design will be up during the next few weeks, when its about ready. When it is done I might make a tutorial for it, depending on the requests and the time I have to do it.

The new design will be completely different from the default wordpress template Kubrik. But I will still host the tutorials on how to change the kubrik template tutorial.
